Programme and Project Management
Beta has been involved in the design, implementation and delivery of a number of programmes and projects. This has ranged from large scale multi-million pound support programmes to smaller shorter term assignments.
Programme and project management support services provided to clients includes:
- Design and implementation of large scale enterprise support programmes
- Smaller scale project management including bespoke delivery of specialist workpackages within larger projects e.g. dissemination, communications and public engagement support to EU R&D projects
- Providing advisory services on behalf of national and regional bodies e.g. provision of Framework Programme 7 National Contact Point Services on behalf of a number of government departments
- Policy development and implementation e.g. the development and support of innovation strategies
- Conference and event management
