23 Jul 2010: Pre-announcement of call for trans-national research in organic farming
A call for applications (pre-proposals) for transnational research in organic farming and food systems will be launched by CORE Organic II on 1 September 2010.
CORE Organic II is an ERA-NET funded by the European Commission´s 7th Framework Programme. CORE Organic II has 22 partner countries. It aims to improve co-operation between national research activities to enhance the quality, relevance and utilisation of resources in European research in organic food and farming and to contribute to the development and integrity of the organic sector. It operates by making joint transnational calls, selecting and initiating research projects, and establishing the framework for a strategic research agenda as a basis for long-term collaboration between the partner countries.
